WHAT A DIFFERENCE A MONTH CAN MAKE!

Very proud of this young man! In only 8 training sessions Matt lost 2.8% body fat and gained 6.2 pounds of muscle mass! Matt reduced his metabolic age 13 years and lost 8 inches...all with only 8 personal training sessions.  Great job Matt!!

Winter Challenge Winner!

A huge congrats to Lisa L. for winning the 3-month Winter Challenge Contest!  During December, January, and February Lisa lost the most inches of all the WrightFit clients.  She lost a total of 8.25 inches and earned herself a month a free personal training!  She has lost a total of 20.75 inches since she started training at WrightFit! Congratulations on all your hard work Lisa, you've earned it!

Margaret R.'s Testimonial about In.Form

Starting my journey with In.Form, I did not know what to expect. Would I be able to “stick to the diet plan” and have some short term success, or would I think it was too hard and stop trying mid- way through. I decided to make an investment in myself and go for it. After all, it was only 12 weeks and I could live through that.

The first weeks were hard, I was learning to re-think my relationship with food and listen to my body. After two weeks, it became easier to make it through the day without the candy I was accustomed to consuming and drink my prepared shakes instead. I discovered that I liked vegetables and started buying my favorite frozen veggies every time we grocery shopped. Things were changing, and I liked the changes.

I love to drink coffee – strong and black! About week 4, I was really trying to get my water consumption up and it was about that time that I realized that my morning coffee was kind of working against me. I switched my morning joe to an after dinner joe, and it became easier to drink my water during the day.

At the end of our 12 weeks, I was down 21 pounds and 12 inches. I felt better, had more flexibility, slept better and looked better.

Now, post-program, I have dropped another 10 pounds and 6 inches. I attribute my continued success to the strategies that we learned in our classes. I keep my notebook handy to refer to the chart that we used to track our progress so I can remember where I started at and where I am now. I read through the lessons to keep them fresh in my mind. Every day is a new adventure and I feel like I have a new lease on life. This is a great opportunity that I hope more people take advantage of.
