"I joined Wrightfit training to get back in shape. I couldn't get up off the floor without breathing heavy. Annie told me about the In.Form class. She said its not a diet, its a change of life. After 3 weeks I was able to stop taking miralax which I used for years. When the opportunity to participate in the IN.FORM program came up, I felt like this might be just the kick in the butt I needed to get my weight and my health issues under control. I had been struggling with weight gain and immobility since I had back surgery in March, 2016. I was not really looking for a weight loss program, but more of a way to change my eating habits and generally feel better.  Before the program, I knew what I should not be eating, but what I struggled with was knowing what I should replace those foods with.  I was afraid to add too much protein to my diet because I thought that would make me “bulk up” and I had started to think that my constantly gurgling stomach and feeling uncomfortable was just the “way it is” for me.  After having been through the program, I learned that adding lean proteins would not bulk me up, but instead tone me up.  I was not in the program to lose a lot of weight, but I did lose some simply by default.  Eating less sugar, finding the right proteins, and adding more vegetables resulted in unexpected weight loss which was an added benefit.  In addition, I lost the “right” kind of weight.  Body fat % and visceral fat went down while muscle mass and water % went up.  I could see my body thinning out in the right places for the first time ever.  I had tried diets before, but those just taught me to cut out certain things leaving me feel deprived.  After sticking to this for a few weeks, I started realizing I wasn’t craving sugary or salty snacks anymore and instead of thinking “I can’t have that” I was thinking “I don’t want that”.  My energy also increased and the gurgling, uncomfortable stomach feelings went away. 

 

I would highly recommend this program to both folks that have a desire to lose weight and to those that just want to develop better eating habits and feel better in their bodies.  It is not a diet and that is what I liked most about it.  It helped me develop lifestyle changes that work for me and that I can make stick.  Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t easy, but it was definitely worth it!

In.Form has changed my life! I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease 4 years ago. My original motivation for joining the program was to see if changing my diet would help decrease or limit my symptoms and as well as my prescription medications. It has done that and more! I have never felt better! My symptoms have been at a minimum since I started the program and I haven’t had any flare ups.

This program has done so much more for me than I ever thought possible.  Not only did I want to live a healthier lifestyle but I wanted to do it for my family. My husband and two young children have seen the changes I’ve made and have been behind me every step of the way. They come running through the door at night asking when it’s time to exercise or what new surprise we’re having for dinner. They have become my main focus in all of this and my push to keep going! Sadly, I lost my mother 16 years ago to cancer. She was 49. Her passing really put things into perspective for me and made me realize that I am the only one who can take care of me. I want to be around to see my children graduate from high school, see them get married and have children of their own. I need to be there for those important milestones. My mother didn’t get the chance to do that. In honor of her, I have challenged myself to be the best I can be and this program is helping me do that!

In.Form has given me the tools and knowledge that I need to be successful. The weekly meetings were full of useful tips to help me along. The way the program has been set up makes it really easy to follow along and achieve the goals that have been set. It truly is a lifestyle change! The best motivator in this whole process, though, has been my coach, Annie! She has praised me during the ups and pushed me during the downs. I couldn’t have done this without her and am so grateful for her support!

I have and will continue to educate people around me about In.Form. It’s all about food consumption and making sure that our body is getting the vitamins, minerals and oils that it needs. This is a simple and easy program to follow and it WORKS!

I am so thankful that Annie from WrightFit Training decided to open her doors and tell the world about  In.Form! In 3 months my life has completely changed and I couldn’t be happier!
